Salmon Burger

  • 1.3 lb salmon
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1 large green chili pepper
  • 1 egg
  • salt & black pepper
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • pickled red onion
  • lettuce
  • burger bread

  1. Chop the salmon. Use a blender to mix the salmon and the egg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Chop the green pepper small and place in a large bowl. Add the panko, salt and pepper and the salmon mix. Stir the ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix together with the mustard and capers. Use a blender to mix all together.
  4. Clean the lettuce and dry. Prepare the lettuce for the burger by choosing the nice lettuce leaves.
  5. Use a skillet with neutral oil. Fry the bread on each side until golden, about 30 sec on each side.
  6. Make hamburgers of the salmon mix, place in a skillet with oil and fry about 3-4 min on each side, or until truly cooked.
  7. Build the burgers, place lettuce in the bottom of one bread, a burger, the salsa, red onions and the top bread.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
